Flourish Learning Collective offers programs in two unique learning environments. Our Flourish Explorers program takes place at our Clairemont Studio, located on our private family property with its own dedicated entrance. Thoughtfully designed for children, the space includes a welcoming learning studio, a private outdoor patio, and a custom garden where science, nature, and hands-on exploration come to life. Our Outdoor Academic Pods meet in beautiful outdoor settings in Pacific Beach and Bonita, where children learn reading, writing, and mathematics surrounded by nature.

Our program is designed for children ages 5 to 12.

The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. Our educators are certified in CPR and First Aid, and we maintain a low 1:6 student-to-teacher ratio to provide close supervision and individualized support. Allergies, medical needs, and emergency information are carefully documented and monitored. In addition, all of our educators have successfully completed background checks through the charter schools we partner with, giving families added peace of mind.

Our programs are designed to adapt to changing weather. At our Clairemont Studio, children have access to a dedicated indoor learning space and a covered outdoor patio, allowing us to continue learning comfortably during rain or extreme heat. For our Outdoor Academic Pods, we monitor weather conditions closely and will notify families of any schedule adjustments or alternate plans when needed.

No. We do not offer drop-in classes because our programs are intentionally designed around consistency, relationships, and community. Children thrive when they feel safe, connected, and part of a familiar group. A full-semester commitment allows friendships to deepen, routines to become meaningful, and learning to build naturally over time. While drop-ins offer flexibility, they don't align with the kind of educational experience we're committed to creating.

Getting started is easy! Complete our Interest Form or contact us at info@flourishgroup.org to schedule a tour and learn more about our programs. Enrollment typically opens a few months before each semester, and spaces are intentionally limited to maintain our small-group experience. We encourage families to inquire early, as our programs often fill before the semester begins.

👒 Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and sun protection for outdoor activities
We provide all learning materials, art supplies, science equipment, and gardening tools needed for the day.
