Flourish Explorers
A place to be, learn, grow, and belong.
Imagine your child connected—to their peers, to the earth, and to themselves. That connection is at the heart of our program.
Our 16-week enrichment program offers hands-on learning through meaningful experiences.
The result is a program that nurtures creativity, curiosity, connection, and joyful learning.
Meaningful Learning
-
Children experience garden education by planting seeds, tending the soil, composting, and learning how to care for the earth and all living things. Through nature journals and close observation, they watch science come alive as caterpillars transform into butterflies and tiny seeds grow into thriving plants. Along the way, they learn to identify herbs and plants while experiencing the wonder of witnessing the life cycles unfolding around them.
-
Each month, children explore a new scientific topic through engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and meaningful projects that bring learning to life. Every unit concludes with an expert workshop that deepens their understanding through real-world experiences. During our wellness unit, children create products such as soaps, candles, and hand creams while learning the science behind them and exploring the basics of entrepreneurship.
-
Throughout the semester, children engage in art and movement through meaningful projects guided by Bethany, our Arts Director. Each experience begins with storytelling, reflection, and invitations to connect with their inner world before creating. Rather than following step-by-step instructions, children are encouraged to express themselves authentically, honoring their unique ideas, emotions, and creativity. Art becomes more than a project—it becomes a space for confidence, self-expression, and healing, where every child is free to create from the heart.
-
Emotional intelligence and mindfulness are woven into the day through puppets, books, group conversations, or sound baths, and quiet, reflective moments.
Small Group Learning
We intentionally keep our classes small with an approximate 7:1 student-to-educator ratio. This allows educators to truly know each child, offer individualized guidance, and create a nurturing learning environment.
What makes flourish different?
Parent Communication
Parents receive weekly email updates that include a summary of classroom activities, learning concepts explored, relevant “I Can” statements that highlight what students practiced and learned during the week.
Student Commitment & Community
Our program asks for 16-week commitment. This continuity helps children build meaningful friendships, develop trust with their educators, and grow together as a learning community.
Trauma-Informed Educators
Our educators are trauma-informed and deeply attuned to children’s needs. They observe and respond to the emotional and developmental rhythms of the group, creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel seen and respected.
